Price Match Policy
We do our best at price matching our competition. Please email us a link to a USA based shop and we will beat their price provided it is a current model item.
Check to make sure that our competitor also provides free shipping as that will affect your final price.


Returns Policy
EuroBikeParts, LLC will accept returns, within 30 days of the purchase, as long as the goods are returned in unused and unopened condition and reach us within 10 days of return notice.
Many of our products are offered with free shipping. Please be aware that if you return one of these products our actual outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund. You will also be responsible for shipping the merchandise back to us.

Returns sent to us within 7 days after the buyer receives it have no restocking fee. Remaining returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Exchanges are handled without restocking fee.

Incorrect Items
If you have received an incorrect item it may be returned for exchange or refund. In an instance where an incorrect item has been received EuroBikeParts, LLC will pay for the return shipping.

Warranty
We try to work with our customer on most warranty issues, however, we are not authorized by the manufacturers, which is why we do not sell at MSRP. Please check manufacturer policies prior to purchase.

We will do our best to ship within 72 hours of payment being posted.

Order Amount $0 - $199 ----> $10 UPS Ground
Order Amount $200 - UP ----> Free UPS Ground
(excludes Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico)

International Shipping Charges
International orders are shipped using USPS Global Express Mail. It takes 4-10 days for delivery.
(International shipments may incur duties or other taxes)

UPS Tracking information will be sent for US shipments.

Shopping Our Store
On each page of this website you should see a products navigation box towards the left of the screen. Click on each category in the products navigation to bring up subcategories for that section. You can then click on each one of the subcategories to view products from that section. Usually there are 12 products displayed per page in each of the sections if the section contains that many products. To view more products in each section, click the numbers to the bottom of the page to bring up the next 12 items in that particular section.

Ordering An Item
When you have found an item that you would like to purchase, click the buy it now button located under that particular product. This will add the product to your cart and. You can then shop for more items, or you can click the checkout button to enter your customer information and payment details. To purchase more than one of the same item, click the checkout box and you should be able to adjust the item totals easily on the cart page.

What if an item is out of stock?
In the event of any item being out of stock, we will advise you on the revised delivery date and you may decide whether or not to continue with your purchase.

How do I know when you've received my order?
As soon as we receive your order you will be notified by email. Please ensure that you enter your email address in the specified field at the time of your order. If we have any queries regarding your order we will contact you via email.

- If paying via credit card, make sure you select paypal and you will be directed to a secure checkout page.
