folks, before shopping anywhere else, you must check with Dom first. He is a great guy and he was super helpful. Campy Record I purchased is perfect and I am using winter time to put it on my bicycle. I was indeed expecting to receive OEM parts, but Dom had a good deal that passed on his customers and Campy Record was perfect, in the original box (with original seal). He also helped me out in picking some parts and tools for the assembly, even after the purchase. Amazing customer service. In my case, I was looking at Campagnolo Record for a build that was celebrating my family old Nuovo Record 1970s vintage bicycle. He was out of the record cassette I wanted, so he gave me a good price on the Super Record one..and so I can still claim I have a full Campy Record build. Very happy customer. Highly recommended shop.

My first time purchasing from EuroBikeParts was a pleasure. Dom worked with me to customize my groupo to suit my needs, and held my hand through the entirety of the transaction. No pressure on the sale - just help and patience. The Campy group itself is pretty cool. As far as cables go, it comes with everything you need and nothing you don't. My only complaint is Campy's documentation. To get the whole picture, one must review the technical documentation (online), the user documentation (included), and the videos (online) as each provides answers to different questions.
